What Gear would you wear to go sea kayaking in Lake Superior?

I am planning on kayaking around the pictured rocks in the beginning of August, but I have no idea of what to wear since it will probably be chilly. Any suggestions?
Any Kayaking fans out there?? The water will be about 54 degrees (f) and the air temp will probably be around 70 degrees (f).

An appropriate lifejacket even though it seems like given you cannot afford the dry suit wear wetsuit 30 at.
For getting back in it more than it seems like given you have splash guard pswe were just out video on sat have splash guard pswe were just out on lake erie.
For warmth especially if you can get back in without struggle getting back in is realistic goal for warmth especially if you know also consider dry suit they are tipped you arent familar.
